LON is the most basic technique in which the lengthening is assured by the external fixator. Precice 2 is more advanced and practical due to internal fixators. Quadrilateral surgery combination means lengthening both femurs and tibias during the same process. Patients require 2 different CLL surgeries approximately 3-5 weeks apart from each other.
