Ilizarov Method

How long will I need to stay in Turkey for my limb-lengthening treatment?
The duration of your stay will depend on the lengthening goal. Since patients can gain 1cm in every 10 days, generally it’s between 2-4 months.
What is the difference between LON, PRECICE 2, and Quadrilateral Combination methods?
LON is the most basic technique in which the lengthening is assured by the external fixator. Precice 2 is more advanced and practical due to internal fixators. Quadrilateral surgery combination means lengthening both femurs and tibias during the same process. Patients require 2 different CLL surgeries approximately 3-5 weeks apart from each other. The combination can be made with both of the techniques, after the assessment by your surgeon.
